Type of Conference: Participants from Turkey will present their papers in face-to-face participation. Only overseas participants will present their papers in online participation.
(Participants who will participate online from abroad must inform us by e-mail that they will make an online presentation.)

Letter of Invitation: An official letter of invitation will be provided upon request.
Type(s) of Presentations: Participants are invited to submit abstracts of papers to the conference for oral presentation. Please note that an author could attend the conference with 2 papers at most.
Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation after …….., the participants will not be refunded. However, in case of cancellation before this date, the participants will be refunded 75% of the registration fee due to bank and registration charges. Participants who have completed the registration form, and made the payment are deemed to have accepted the cancellation policies.
