*Participants can send a maximum of two papers.
**Participants who will attend only as listeners must indicate “audience participant” on their receipts. Since the congress will be held in Pine Bay Resort Kuşadası, our audience participants are required to make two payments: Registration Fee and Participation Fee.
**Listener fees can be paid until NOVEMBER 13, 2023.

Our congress will be held at Kuşadası Pine Bay Holiday Resort hotel.
Fees for our participants who wish to stay are given below. You can make your reservation by calling 444 96 50 for room type with sea, land or pool view, depending on the hotel’s availability.

- 1st child: 00.00-12.99 age range is free, 2nd child: 00.00-06.99 age range is free, 07.99-12.99 age range is 50% discounted.

- All-Inclusive Concept: Includes open buffet lunch on the day of arrival and open buffet breakfast on the day of departure. Within the concept’s scope, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served between 10:00 and 00:00. There will be two coffee breaks with cookies during the meetings.
PARTICIPATION FEE
Our congress will be held at the PineBay Holiday Resort Hotel in Kuşadası.
For our participants who will come as listeners, two options for hotel use fees are given below. You can make your fee payment to the hotel’s account number.
